Cyber Trolling

The laws against cyber trolling in India 354A IPC when posted explicit messages against women specially sexual harassment in social media.

If a man captures an image of a woman engaged in a private act without her consent, he will be punishable under Section 354C IPC.

If any person harassing a woman through Internet, email or any other electronic communication is stated as an offence under Section 354D IPC.

Obscene content on Internet: Punishable under Section 292 of the IPC.

If a woman is being threatened by a person who has the intention to harm her reputation then punishable under Section 503 IPC and if from’unknown’ source then under Section 507 IPC.
